So we seem to have all survived the immediate Brexit fallout - and now the Night Tube has been launched to add an interesting dimension to property values.
For years, the value of our home has been dictated by the proximity of good transport links and good education; there's now the added dimension of the Night Tube to throw into the mix. I imagine that in the areas where all three coveted services are present, the sky's the limit!
A new map shows the soaring price of London properties around Underground stations on the Central and Victoria line as they open for the long-awaited Night Tube services tonight. The average house price across both the Central and Victoria night tube lines is £883,690, around £300,000 more than the London average.
