Enhancing Global Collaboration and Empowering Our Lawyers: Meritas Emerging Talent Lawyers Exchange Programme

Earlier this year, Howard Kennedy was delighted to take part in the third year of the Meritas Emerging Talent Lawyers Exchange programme. This initiative provides participants with a unique chance to experience the daily life of another Meritas member law firm. Throughout the exchange, participants are given the opportunity to grow strong relationships and discover collaboration opportunities. Ultimately the programme enhances our firm's ability to serve clients internationally and offers valuable professional experiences for each participant, fostering their growth and expertise.

The collaboration with Anderson Strathern in Scotland and Whitney Moore in Ireland has been great for our ongoing initiatives to create more opportunities between our firms.
