Insights from participants: Meritas Emerging Lawyers Talent Exchange Programme

Howard Kennedy proudly participated in another Meritas Emerging Talent Lawyers Exchange programme earlier this year. This initiative offers participants with an invaluable opportunity to immerse themselves in the daily life of another Meritas member law firm. 

During the exchange, participants cultivate strong relationships and identify collaboration opportunities, ultimately enhancing the firm’s ability to serve clients across international borders. Additionally, the program offers enriching professional experiences for each participant, contributing to their growth and expertise.
