Anjali advises clients on all aspects of employment law issues, from providing day-to-day HR support, to advising on contentious matters and corporate transactions. Her clients have ranged from senior executives to multinational corporations.
Anjali's diverse workload includes drafting contracts and policy documents, advising on complex business restructurings, negotiating settlement agreements, and assisting clients in managing difficult redundancy processes.
She has valuable experience in the employment tribunal, representing clients in relation to claims involving multiple allegations of discrimination and constructive unfair dismissal. She also advises clients on high value claims in the High Court, including team moves, breach of restrictive covenants and breach of confidentiality obligations.
Anjali has a particular interest in the equalities space and has written a number of articles and delivered training on the new gender pay gap reporting requirements.
